We ship to customers around the world. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or references to the contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Domestic (USA): 5 – 7 business days
• Canada: 7 – 14 business days
• Europe: 10 – 18 business days
• Rest of World: 10 – 21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or postal service delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order via email once your package has been dispatched. You can use it to follow your shipment's progress from our warehouse to your door.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspection and import duties determined by your local authorities. BudLabz is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or delays. Orders seized by customs cannot be refunded or reshipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened seed packs. Unopened, sealed packs may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us at support@budlabz.com with your order number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
